No, our pricing is completely transparent. The monthly or annual price you see is exactly what you pay. There are no setup fees for our standard plans, though enterprise custom plans may have a one-time setup cost depending on complexity.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your client portal. Prorated charges or credits will automatically be applied to your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all hosting and monthly subscription plans if you are not fully satisfied. Please note that custom design work and domain registrations are non-refundable once initiated.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
If you choose the monthly billing cycle, you are not locked into any contract and can cancel anytime. If you choose the annual plan for the 20% discount, you are committing to a one-year term.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers (ACH/Wire) for annual or enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
How does the AI Automation work?
Depending on your plan, we integrate custom-trained AI chatbots into your site and connect platforms using tools like Zapier to automate data entry, lead qualification, and email sequences. We handle the entire technical setup.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do! Once full payment is received for any design or bundle project, you own 100% of the rights to the website code, design, and domain name. We simply host and maintain it for you.
What if I need custom features not listed?
